As part of the Maidenhead Big Read programme the children in Years 1, 2 and 3 received a visit from poet James Carter. The children had a great time listening to poems from his book Zim Zam Zoom! and even wrote a poem all together!

At the end of the day the children had the opportunity to purchase a signed copy of one of James' books.
