Uniform

UNIFORM POLICY

All items of clothing must be clearly named. Unnamed items will be put in the lost property buckets by the KS1 and KS2 entrances.

In Years 1 and above

  • Tailored, dark grey trousers (not jogging pants). Dark grey shorts may also be worn if desired.
  • Dark grey skirt or pinafore dress, around knee length.
  • White school shirt with collar - short or long sleeved (not polo shirts).
  • Navy blue V-necked sweater or cardigan with crest embroidered on.
  • School tie, royal blue and silver stripe. (unless a member of the School Council or awarded an Achievement Tie).
  • Traditional leather school shoes, flat or with heels no higher than 1 inch (3cm), in black (No trainers of any description).
  • Light blue checked dresses may be worn in the summer (not striped).
  • Grey, white or navy socks - long or short. White, navy or grey tights in winter.
  • Navy, white or blue and white checked ribbons, hairbands and scrunchies.
  • Hijab (Blue or Black),
  • Grey leggings can be worn with a summer dress
  • PE kit for all children will be navy shorts and white polo shirts   

In Early Years:

  • Navy blue V-necked sweater or cardigan with school crest embroidered on.
  • Pale blue polo shirt.
  • Hijab (Blue or Black)
  • Grey leggings when worn with a summer dress
  • Grey, white or navy socks - long or short. White, navy or grey tights in winter.
  • Navy, white or blue and white checked ribbons, hairbands and scrunchies
  • Plain, black shoes (No trainers of any description).
  • Light blue checked dresses may be worn in the summer (not striped).
  • Once children enter Year 1, the polo shirt will be replaced by a white school shirt with a collar and the school tie as listed above.
  • PE kit for all children will be navy shorts and white polo shirts                                             

         School jumpers, cardigans and ties as well as other items of uniform can be purchased from :

         Pre-used uniform in good condition can be purchased from the OSA or requested via the                 school office. Please speak to your OSA class rep or the staff in the office for further details. 

Other Items available but not part of the school uniform

  • School fleeces - available to order online from School Days Direct (may be worn outside but does not replace the school jumper/cardigan).
  • Sports sweatshirts, tracksuits and waterproofs are recommended for PE/Games and are available from Goyal’s, Maidenhead.  These items are only recommended and are not part of the official school uniform.
  • Hi-Viz Back Pack - available to order from the school office at a cost of £10.00 - Ideal for children in Key Stage Two
  • Children should not wear jewellery in school, except stud earrings or items that have to be worn for religious reasons. Earrings should be taped over or covered for PE and Games.
  • All children must use a school water bottle, available to purchase from the school office at a cost of £2.50. This will allow staff members to check how much water has been drunk by the children throughout the day. All children in Reception are given a free water bottle on their first day at school.
